2. ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide

I am a certified Forest Therapy guide under the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). Forest Therapy is a gentle, nature based sensory practice backed by research. Through ohmori, my Forest Therapy practice, I hold small group sessions where I invite participants to slow down, notice, and reconnect with nature and with themselves.

3. Ceramic Hobbyist

I'm Oh Clay is a small batch, handmade ceramic brand I am building. Each ceramic piece is hand thrown slowly, and each collection carries its own meaning and story. I hope that when you hold each piece, you feel a sense of calm, steadiness, and quiet presence.

4. Other Parts of My Life

I stay active through running, trekking, group fitness classes at BFT, and Aikido. I am currently training to re-attempt the 6-stage, 250km Namib Race in 2026. I also enjoy brewing pour-over coffee and practicing mindfulness.

5. Something Else Taking Shape

I write occasionally on Substack. It is not a journal of events. I write to extract my state of mind that forms in response to moments, people, conversations, and encounters. In time, the actual and fuller lessons, struggles and quiet wins of building a meaningful life by 35 will have their own place to be properly witnessed and honoured.
